Balaclava Fitness hold kids fitness classes, every Monday and Wednesday during the school term from 4.15pm-4.45pm. These classes are suitable for 4-9 year olds.
In the school holidays, these classes run at 10.30am every Monday and Wednesday.
These classes combine parts of gymnastics, bodyweight movements, obstacles and ninja warrior courses in a fun and inclusive environment which builds teamwork and overall confidence
